Common questions

Is the dashboard really free?

Yes. There are no plans or tiers. The only limit is 10,000 new records per agency per calendar month; updates and re-uploads do not count.

Which BSPlink reports can I upload?

The Billing Analysis, the ADM list and the Refunds list, as CSV or as the Excel file you saved from them.

Who can see my agency's data?

Only the members of your agency. Access is enforced in the database for every query.

Does Wise Copilot replace a consultant?

No. It answers general questions from published material. For a specific ADM, refund or accreditation matter, it offers to pass the question to our team.
